1.All rights, including copyright, in the text, graphics and layout of this website and in all software and software compilations are owned by, or licensed to, The Frankincense Store. You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its contents, except for personal non-commercial use.

2. We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery. All prices shown in this website are retail prices and are subject to change without prior notice. We are entitled to delete any material from our website at any time, and we will not be liable for deleting or not storing any material that you may transmit to us.

3. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch unless credit has been agreed before placing an order. Although we post confirmed orders within 48 hours, all goods will be dispatched within 28 days unless we notify you otherwise. We will retain a certificate of posting, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal system. All goods can be returned within 28 days for exchange or refund, provided that they have not been damaged or sampled.

We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. 5.All prices are in GBP and we only except transactions in Sterling. Should you use a credit or debit card or any other method which is converted from a different currency into GBP, we are not liable for any charges you may incur. Should a refund need to be issued for any reason, we will refund the value in GBP. We cannot be responsible for any loss of funds due to fluctuations in the exchange rate or any charges you may incur. Bank charges for BACS payments are for the buyer. Payment methods accepted are:Paypal Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Solo and Switch. Cheques or postal orders/bankers drafts to be made payable to Pure Frankincense. Cheque payments will need to clear before goods can be dispatched - please allow an extra 14 days.
