El Najdi is the second grade frankincense which grows in the Najd Mountains in the north of central Dhofar. The resins are very large as they are glued together because the sap at the time of tapping had not been allowed to fully harden. Its aroma is sweet and spicy. Ideal for purification, general burning for mosquito repellant. Also used in some perfumes for its oily resin.
